Please note that all returns sent to Luna Lili Jewelry without a notification email will be shipped back to the sender.
We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns, and exchanges.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns for unworn jewelry within 7 days of delivery if due to damages and breakage. It is the customer's responsibility to check the product upon arrival to make sure it is free of any defects. Damaged goods due to the customer's negligence will not be accepted for a refund.
How can I exchange an item?
Due to the handmade nature of our jewelry, we are unable to accept exchanges since each piece was specially crafted for you.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
All refunds will be processed minus the shipping charge within 1-3 days of receipt at our studio. We do not pay for returns to be shipped back to Luna Lili Jewelry.
What items are non refundable?
Due to the handcrafted nature of our jewelry all items are final sale.
What if I need a repair?
Please send us an email with your order number and "Repair Request" noted in the email subject. Include a photo of the jewelry which needs repairs. We will fix any repairs for free within the first 5 days after delivery. Repairs needed after this period will be cost reviewed.
