We sometimes make our necklaces in industry standard lengths. The sizes and the model below describe and illustrate these standard sizes.
Standard Necklace Sizes for Women
- 12-13'' Collar Length
- 14-16"- Choker Length
- 17-18"- Just below the collarbone
- 20"- A few inches below collarbone
- 24"- Below the neckline
- 25-36'' Slightly below the breasts
- 40'' - At the waistline or lower
BRACELETS
Bracelets are generally a type of jewelry where size doesn't matter as much. For women, the industry standard bracelet diameter is 7 inches. Of course this length will not suit everyone, so it is wise to choose a bracelet that features an extension if you tend to have larger wrists. Or simply drop us a note when ordering so we may adjust it for you.
Note that certain styles of bracelets without clasps, such as bangles and cuffs cannot be adjusted.

All courier delivery comes with a tracking number for you to track your parcel easily.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
